By downloading, installing, or using the HabitStreak mobile application or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall the application and discontinue any use of our services.
2. Description of Service
HabitStreak is a utility designed to help users establish, visualize, and maintain daily routines. The application visualizes habit logs in a grid calendar format, computes streaks, sends local scheduling reminders, and generates images of routines for sharing.
3. Local Data and Responsibility
Because HabitStreak is an offline-first application, we do not sync or duplicate your records on our servers.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for managing the security of your device and keeping your habit records safe. If your device is lost, stolen, formatted, or damaged, HabitStreak cannot recover your data.
- Backups: We encourage premium users to utilize the export features to save manual copies of their database files in secure secondary locations.
4. Pro Subscriptions & Billing
HabitStreak offers premium features under the "HabitStreak Pro" subscription.
- Billing Gateways: All billing and payment processing are handled by Apple (via the iOS App Store) and Google (via the Android Play Store). Subscription transactions are validated securely via RevenueCat.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or terminate your subscription directly in your device's subscription manager settings.
- Refunds: Refunds are governed by the respective store terms and must be requested directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store mechanisms.
5. Intellectual Property
All software code, visual assets, graphics, designs, logos, stylesheets, and contents of the application and website are the exclusive intellectual property of HabitStreak and its developers. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or reuse any part of the application or its design.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided to you on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. HabitStreak does not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that local data databases will not become corrupted. Use the application at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HabitStreak, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to loss of routine data, streak statistics, device failures, or productivity losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations, without giving effect to conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent local courts.
